Shipping

We use Australia Post  and dhl to ship all orders within Australia and worldwide. Tracking is provided with all shipments. Minaco will bear no responsibility for any order that goes missing after it has been delivered. You are responsible for the package from the moment it is scanned as delivered by Australia Post or international postal agent.

Australian customers
For domestic orders you may choose from standard parcel post or express post shipping. Standard parcel post shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and Australia Post’s volume of shipments at the time. Express post is our customers most commonly elected shipping option. Express post generally takes 1-6 business days depending on your location. We ship from Adelaide Unfortunately, we are not in the Australian overnight shipping network and delivery takes 2 business days to most places with some exceptions.
We send everyday Mon-Fri excluding public holidays. Post usually leaves here at 1pm (AEST GMT+10) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday however this is not always possible and does sometimes leave earlier in the day. Post usually leaves at 3pm (AEST GMT +10) on Wednesdays.

 

Returns

We accept returns for refund within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be brand new in the packaging and not removed from the gold binding or the backing card. If the product has been removed we can not accept a return and refund you. You may remove the product from the plastic sleeve to hold against your hair for a more accurate comparison. To return the product it must be neatly repackaged in the plastic sleeve as it arrived. If you would like to make a return please first contact us by email.
